What Do I Need to do P90X?

Several of the athletes I interviewed for my book told me they use P90X and love it, so I tried it and agree that it is really effective and gave my wife and I great results. People have asked me what they need to do P90X, so I made this video that explains what is needed.

I am very interested in and still thinking about trying P90X or P90. What is the difference? I am 53 years old. My youngest of three is 17 and I’m a grandmother of two. I don’t seem to be a morning exerciser, but the day fill s up pretty fast and then you’re tired from your day. Actually, I’m vary nervous about starting something this regimented and physical. I looked at the ‘fitness test’ requirements and I think I fit in the category okay, yet. What would your advice be to me?

I would go ahead and start P90X. You can modify things and make it fit your fitness level.
It’s good to be a little nervous. That shows it is a challenge. I bet you are the type of person who like a challenge, aren’t you?
